I am revising the compliance manual and have come across a problem related to my organization's B2B partner vendors. My company has an excellent process for employee/vendor screening; however, I feel like the vendor screening process is still partially manual and error-prone.
As the Office of Inspector General (the OIG) and General Services Administration (the GSA) update their lists of excluded individuals (from OIG) and disqualified vendor screening (from GSA) regularly, I spend an inordinate amount of time conducting manual searches of every Medical Equipment Supplier and Contractor. I want to develop a more efficient workflow, which will allow me to consistently perform a complete check for sanctions against vendors so the organization can avoid Civil Monetary Penalties (CMPs).
Does anyone have any recommendations for vendor monitoring software that integrates with employee exclusion checking, thus allowing me to streamline this process?
Pesach or Passover is Jewish holiday with traditions that have been passed down over time. It’s one of the few holidays where loved ones come together from across the globe. To retell the stories of the past and the Exodus from Egypt with a traditional Passover Seder. Preparing Charoset for the Pesach Seder, repeating the story of freedom from the Hagadah, with four cups of wine and Kedem grape juice. Bringing the family together to enjoy this special holiday all under one rooftop. Preparation for Passover dinner always begins with the Seder Plates once we have burned and sold the chometz, so that only unleavened “bread” is consumed for the rest of the Passover holiday. With Jewish people all over the world, it has become much easier to find Shmurah Matzah, Manischewitz boxed Matzah, round and square matzahs, just about anywhere. https://passoverlistings.com/
