Hey folks,

After the last round of heavy storms, I noticed a few shingles missing and some water spots in the attic. I’m thinking it might be time to get a roof inspection before the damage gets worse.

I’ve been looking into local companies and came across Grand Exteriors. They seem to specialize in storm damage repairs, roof replacements, and siding work in the Blaine and Twin Cities Metro area.

A few things that stood out:

- Help with insurance claims
- Fast response times and solid local reviews
They position themselves as a top roofing contractor in Blaine, and from what I’ve read, they actually live up to it. Has anyone here worked with them? Or do you have other recommendations for reliable contractors who understand MN’s weather challenges?
