Guys, serious question. Everyone says Dubai property only goes up, but I read some news that interest rates are high and maybe prices will correct in 2026. Should I buy off-plan apartment right now or wait 6–12 months? My budget is 1.5–2.5 million AED. I want 2-bedroom in good location like Business Bay, Dubai Creek Harbour or Dubai Marina. What do you think?
In my opinion, buying now is still smart, especially off plan properties in dubai. Check this site for current prices and new launchesi. You will see many projects from 1.3M to 2.5M in great areas — DAMAC Lagoons, Dubai Creek Harbour, Business Bay. Prices already jumped 20–40% in last 2 years. New projects launch higher every month. Waiting can cost you more. Also, good payment plans (60/40 or 70/30) make it easy. I booked in 2025 and my unit value is already +30%. Market is strong because of expats and investors coming.
I think correction is unlikely in next 12 months. Supply is controlled and demand from India, Russia, Europe is high. Better to book now and lock lower price. Creek Harbour and Dubai Hills still offer good value.
