I’m Starting a Business—What Should I Look for in a CV?

I am launching my own business and have people I need to hire for my team. This is the first time I will review a CV, and I want to ensure everything is clear. What can I pay extra attention to when reading a CV? Their skills, experience, or education?

For instance, how do I know that a given CV was written professionally? Or has someone gone for the best CV writing service in Bahrain to make their resumes look beautiful? Should I probe deeper for the specific experience related to it or should I take a well-written CV at face value?
