Anyone else struggling with ARM Solutions debt collectors?

I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress lately because ARM Solutions keeps calling me about a debt. The calls feel constant and sometimes they even reach out to family members, which makes it even more uncomfortable. I’ve asked for proof of the debt but instead of answering my questions they just keep pressuring me to pay right away. It’s honestly starting to feel like harassment and I don’t know what the right step is.
